Overview: The customer brief was to sympathetically convert the existing coal store on a Victorian property in order to provide a relaxing sun room. This was to be linked to the home where the owners would have views into the garden. When we started the room was not habitable space and needed to be brought up to modern regulations for insulation, damp proofing and ventilation.
