Scott is multi-skilled with a great understanding of the trade and is a key part of this family business. With a keen eye for detail Scott works on site and will often project manage once a build starts being a key point of contact day to day. Scott also enjoys getting involved with business planning.
Scott fact: Since retiring from rugby Scott has stayed involved in the local club and manages the social media site for them.
Stuart is a plasterer and a specialist with external coatings and with over 25 years in the trade, has a wealth of experience to draw on. Stuart also lives locally ensuring he is well placed for all our work. Bringing his skill and good humour to the team we are delighted to have Stuart on board.
Stuart fact:Stuart plays football regularly and is interested in architecture and the history of buildings.
Pete is our plumber and bathroom fitter, although having said that he has amassed a wide range of skills over his career including kitchen fitting. Always happy to help anyone, Pete is from Worcester where he lives with his wife and family. Pete brings knowledge and humour into his day, it's great to have him as part of the team.
Pete fact: Pete enjoys playing his drums and loves a biscuit!
Ben is our skilled multi - trade with many years of experience. Although he specialises in the wet trades; bricklaying and plastering, Ben has skills in many areas and this makes him a real asset. From Worcester Ben lives with his wife and growing family. We are delighted to have Ben as a member of our team.
Ben fact: He loves fixing cars and vans in his spare time (when he has some!) as he is a keen and enthusiastic mechanic
Luke is a carpenter and plasterer by trade and has great attention to detail. Having worked in a family business before, Creating Better Homes has proved a great fit. Luke lives locally and we were really pleased when he joined the team at Creating Better Homes.
Luke fact: Luke is in the process of buying and selling a house and loves football.
Jack is an experienced bricklayer with carpentry as a second skill. He has learnt well from Dad, Mick and they often work together as a team. Together they also both enjoy taking part in WW2 battle re-enactments. Quick and capable on site with a cheery personality, Jack lives locally with his young family.
Jack fact: Jack co-owns a restored truck and recently used it to drive the groom to the wedding when he was best man!
Mick is an experienced bricklayer with many years of trade experience at his disposal. He has spent time on sites with new builds and on domestic projects and is a friendly, skilled and efficient operator. He has passed on his hardworking ethic to Jack and it's excellent to have them both as part of the team.
Mick fact: Over the years Mick has enjoyed improving his own homes as much those of the customers he works for.
Carl is our delivery driver and semi - skilled trade assistant. Suppliers and customers alike have said what a pleasure he is to deal with. Carl is currently developing his skill as a plasterer and benefiting from some in-house training. It's really great to have him on board.
Carl fact: Carl has many interests but particularly noteworthy are rugby and history.
Darren is a skilled trade assistant who already has years of experience to his name. A vital assistant to the trades he partners and positive on site, we're glad to have him as part of the team.
Darren fact: Darren loves spending time with family, enjoys training regularly at the gym and being part of the team at Creating Better Homes.
Callum is a trade assistant who is efficient and forward thinking with lots of energy. Another local team member, he is a valuable asset to have on site and we were delighted when he joined Creating Better Homes.
Callum fact: Having completed his Duke of Edinburgh award Callum loves time with friends, family and his new car.
Jason is Managing Director of Creating Better Homes Ltd, and will be the first face you will see if you book an appointment. He is creative and full of ideas, drawing on well over 25 years of experience from within the industry. Jason is married to Alison and has 4 sons whom he adores.
Jason fact: Passionate about great food Jason can often be found in the kitchen cooking up fantastic meals for family and friends.
Alison is Company Secretary working from the Weights Farm showroom, she is likely to be the first person you speak to when booking an appointment. Alison has years of experience in customer service and business operations and loves being involved with the family business.
Alison fact: Recently Alison has joined a fabulous local choir. When time allows, Jason and Alison love to escape to Appledore in North Devon for a break.
In addition, for heating and ventilation, electrical and gas work we have local tradesmen that we have partnered for many years. We always use Part P/NIC EIC registered electricians, and gas safe registered personnel for all our domestic work.
