Jason

Jason is Managing Director of Creating Better Homes Ltd, leads the team and is the first face you will see if you book an appointment. He is creative and full of ideas and draws on well over 25 years’ experience in the industry. Jason is married to Alison and lives locally in Redditch, he also has 4 boys and a dog, Spot, all of whom he adores. Jason fact: When not working Jason is an active member of Wythall Theatre Company where he can be found, amongst other things, acting, directing and building sets.

Ben

Ben's Profile Image

Having had over 10 years’ experience in the building trade Ben is a fully qualified bricklayer and plasterer with great all round skills.
Originating from Worcester, Ben is married with a young family. We are delighted to have Ben as part of our team of Redditch builders.
Ben fact: Ben loves to tinker about with cars in his spare time.

Scott

Scott's Profile Image

Scott is part of the family within this family business. Living locally, Scott has been learning the trade since he was walking!
He has real attention to detail and Jason was so pleased when he chose to join Creating Better Homes after completing his A level studies.
Scott fact: Scott is a keen rugby player, training twice weekly and playing most weekends.

Joe

Joe lives in Worcestershire and joins us with a range of experience as he too has spent several years in the industry.  We were delighted when Joe joined our expanding team of hardworking builders.

Joe fact: Joe takes part in live action role play events and patiently paints table top miniatures in his spare time.

Joe is another local member of the team with a range of skills and is keen to develop new areas of expertise. He lives in Kings Norton and we were really pleased when he joined the expanding team that is, Creating Better Homes.
Joe fact: Joe has a great sense of humour and is keen to purchase his first home and start making improvements.

Alex

Alex's Profile Image

Alex also lives locally and has joined us with a range of skills and experience gained in the trade both employed and self employed. He looks forward to continued learning that will hone his skill set and further his knowledge. We were really pleased when he joined the expanding team of professional builders at Creating Better Homes.
Alex fact: Alex is a fan of motorbikes and loves to race on a track day.

Jimmy

Jimmy's Profile Image

Jimmy is part of the Creating Better Homes team and is a skilled carpenter by trade. Like other members of the team, Jimmy has been welcomed into the homes of our customers and has shown himself to be a personable and conscientious tradesman. Living locally, we were really pleased when he joined the team of professional builders at Creating Better Homes.
Jimmy fact: Jimmy is keen on personal fitness having also been a personal trainer until very recently.

Carl

Carl's Profile Image

Carl is from Redditch and has joined with an appetite to learn and he is studying for a professional qualification whilst with us. He is keen to develop and increase his knowledge. We were really pleased when he joined the expanding team of professional builders at Creating Better Homes.
Carl fact: Carl has many interests but particularly in rugby and history.

Alison (and Spot!)

Every business needs an Alison! The third family member in this family business. She is the first person you will speak to if you call to arrange an appointment.
Alison looks after the office, booking appointments, raising invoices, paying suppliers and staff, working on website updates and managing the social media.
Alison fact: Alison makes a mean cake and enjoys acting and taking part in amateur dramatics. She also loves her daily walks with Spot, however it’s not always clear who walks who.

In addition, for larger projects, we have other select tradesmen that we chose to work with. This would be for electrical, gas, plumbing and heating and ventilation work. We use Part P/NIC EIC registered electricians, and gas safe registered personnel for all our domestic work.
