Jason is Managing Director of Creating Better Homes Ltd, leads the team and is the first face you will see if you book an appointment. He is creative and full of ideas and draws on well over 25 years’ experience in the industry. Jason is married to Alison and lives locally in Redditch, he also has 4 boys and a dog, Spot, all of whom he adores. Jason fact:
When not working Jason is an active member of Wythall Theatre Company where he can be found, amongst other things, acting, directing and building sets.
Scott is part of the family within this family business and a key component. Having learnt the trade since he was walking, Scott has a wide range of skills including plastering as his main trade. He has a real attention to detail and Jason was so pleased when he chose to join Creating Better Homes in 2015. Scott fact:
Scott takes a keen interest in rugby and loves the Formula 1 season.
Joe is another local member of the team with a range of skills. He has a particular leaning towards carpentry. He lives in Kings Norton and we were really pleased when he joined the expanding team that is, Creating Better Homes. Joe fact:

Alex also lives locally and has joined us with a range of skills and experience gained in the trade both employed and self employed. Jimmy is part of the Creating Better Homes team and is a skilled carpenter by trade. Like other members of the team, Jimmy has been welcomed into the homes of our customers and has shown himself to be a personable and conscientious tradesman. Jimmy is keen on personal fitness having also been a personal trainer until very recently.

Scott is a great football fan and has a personal interest in the world of amateur boxing.
Matt is a bricklayer by trade with years of experience. His skill set includes any requirements for getting a build to to roof level such as digging and laying foundations and concreting the floors. He lives locally with his wife and we are pleased to have him join the team. Matt fact:
Matt plays and watches football and enjoys activity holidays in his downtime.
Stuart is a plasterer and a specialist with external coatings. With over 23 years in the trade, he has a wealth of experience to draw on. Stuart also lives locally ensuring he is well placed for all our work. Bringing his skill and good humour, we were really pleased when Stuart joined our growing team. Stuart fact:
Stuart plays football regularly and is interested in architecture and the history of buildings.
Reece has joined us as a construction assistant providing vital support to the tradesmen he partners. Another local lad, who is keen to learn, Reece has quickly become one of the team. Reece Fact:
Reece enjoys playing golf and has a current handicap of 16.
Every business needs an Alison! The third family member in this family business. She is the first person you will speak to if you call to arrange an appointment.
Alison looks after the office, booking appointments, raising invoices, paying suppliers and staff, working on website updates and managing the social media.
Alison fact: Alison makes a mean cake and enjoys acting and taking part in amateur dramatics. She also loves her daily walks with Spot, however it’s not always clear who walks who.
In addition, for larger projects, we have other select tradesmen that we chose to work with. This would be for electrical, gas, plumbing and heating and ventilation work. We use Part P/NIC EIC registered electricians, and gas safe registered personnel for all our domestic work.
